I like the AP Institute from the Monterey Institute. Here is the link.

http://www.archive.org/details/ap_courses

This website provides a set of interactive lessons for both AB and BC Calculus. The beginning BC lessons are the same as the AB, and then additional topics are covered (total of 68 lessons). The lessons go through the development of the topic, have some interactive questioning, and then include a homework set with solutions. A narrator discusses each topic and leads the students through its development. You can skip parts of the narration if desired and only listen to portions of the lesson.

My website, http://www.jackmathsolutions.com/ is a personal favorite of mine for Calculus, although it other topics are also covered. Students can read the chapters and there are many problems written in the AP style available to them.
At the bottom of the home page, there are a few other really good websites listed, too.

A personal favorite of mine is www.jamesrahn.com (***) explorations for teachers to use in class room

I use it for my students to complete a precalc review over the summer, and throughout the year; Jim's site has lots of good AP stuff including solutions to the FR for years and years. Jim had taught mathematics for 35 years, so there's lots of good algebra, geometry, and trig stuff on there too!!
